About Chef Jeremy McMillan

Chef Jeremy McMillan has spent his life in pursuit of a simple truth: hospitality, at its core, is about creating moments that matter. Over more than two decades in some of the world's greatest kitchens, he has honed not just his knife skills and technical mastery, but a deep understanding of how food connects us to each other, to the land, and to something larger than ourselves.

Earnest by nature and passionately driven, Jeremy is guided by an insatiable desire to learn, contribute, and help others build amazing experiences and memories. His approach to cooking reflects this: live-fire and wood ovens aren't just techniques—they're a way of coaxing out the soul of an ingredient. Handcrafted pasta speaks to patience, care, and the belief that something made with your hands carries a different kind of energy. Every dish is an opportunity to honor the harvest, respect the craft, and create a moment of genuine connection.

From working alongside James Beard Award-winning chefs in New York to leading culinary programs across the country, Jeremy has always seen cooking as an art form that demands both precision and heart. He's introduced live-fire cooking to properties, built teams from the ground up, and opened kitchens across the nation—but what drives him most is the chance to create something meaningful, to turn a meal into a memory.

In 2026, we founded Table of Contents Hospitality in San Francisco with a mission to rewrite what's possible in dining and hospitality. We exist to offer creative, thoughtful solutions to the people and places shaping how we gather, eat, drink and connect—from independent restaurants and wineries to culinary professionals looking to build something meaningful.

We believe hospitality is about more than great food and wine; it's about intention, craft, and the belief that a meal can be transformative. Whether we're developing restaurant concepts, building culinary programs, curating pop-up experiences, or consulting with hospitality teams, we approach every project with the same commitment: to help create spaces and moments where people feel genuinely cared for, inspired, and connected.
